Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping We ship to many countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Custom Orders For custom and bulk orders, please allow additional production time. We recommend placing custom orders at least 2–3 weeks before your event date to ensure timely delivery.
